Grew up on the wrong side of the tracks, ran with a tough crowd, got into some trouble, went to juvie. It was the mess hall where I fell in love with cooking. Once I got out, I went to culinary school and now have two restaurants, one Michelin Star and one thats on the rocks. Currently balls deep in trying to get back to the roots of farm to table
