I had fraud on both my Chase CC and DC. CC was able to take care of with an 8 minute phone call. DC I got the money back, but it was after I made a phone call, faxed paperwork, went to the bank, etc.
Plus cc’s are more secure than DC’s. In the past 3 months I’ve had fraudulant charges posted on both and it is much easier dealing with fraud on the CC than the DC
What is the general consensus on teenagers trying to trick or treat without costumes? One year, I said they needed to wear a costume, tell a joke or sing a song. I got some jokes that made me blush.
Also, we have full fledged adults (meaning older than me) trick or treat with no costume. That really pisses me off.

Not necessarily. I didnt make great money at my old job, but just due to the mortgage interest deduction and property tax deduction, I made the $6k threshold (back when I was single). And before you retort “must be nice to own a house”, I bought super low and live in a housing market where my mortgage payment (with escrow) is cheaper than a 1 bedroom apartment.
