Yeah, I’ve noticed several food trucks in Seattle have expanded to brick and mortar operations as well. I also like how they rotate through the various breweries in my neighborhood, so the people who care about good food can focus on making that, and don’t have to deal with alcohol licensing, while the people who care about good beer can focus on making that, and not have to deal with having a working kitchen. Win/win!

Seriously, I wouldn’t wish Todd on Claire. She seems like she’s probably pretty cool, whereas Todd doesn’t have any friends except for his girlfriends friends boyfriends/husbands and gets walked all over by terrible fictional character who won’t even…you know. If Claire never runs into Todd again, in my mind, she dodged a bullet.
