    Geez…I know you need a job to pay off the huge debt, but I hope you are trying to find a new one since it seems as if the current one is so miserable for you. Post-Grad I had 4 jobs before I settled in one place for 4 years and counting. Did my homework, asked for internal references. If they were all Mr. pasted-on-happy face I moved on. If they let me pick randomly I was impressed.

    Also learned that huge company looked good on resume and bigger paycheck, but was lousy for growth, small-ish good for collaborative culture and getting no-blame experience and bad for big bucks. I had to decide what was more important.

    I actually agreed with much of the original (Jim Nazar) post. Take feedback. Choose what works or is important to me; it’s all relative. Mr. Sterling, I probably wouldn’t be invited to sit at your table in the cafeteria.
