Reiterate cc balances. Buy a house in a good area and rent to your buddies. Renting is for peasants..owning is for bosses. Network, drinks count. If you don’t golf ( first of all, you’re a loser if you don’t but..) start. Find a mentor. Work hard, but party BALLS!!!
good post. My 2 cents… Don’t buy coke (but do it when offered by a friend). Fuck credit cards, don’t do it. Don’t be afraid to marry, if it is the right girl; my wife is amazing and takes care of me. Travel, but don’t forget about the USA, it’s awesome and better than any other county. And lastly..PARTY BALLS!!!! I’m 30s and still do. I have a wife a baby and one on the way; business gets done over drinks, don’t be a pussy.
Ps- I bought a new car after graduation, had student loans (paid back..nothing’s free pussies) and worked my way up. Early 30s now, great house, new car, saving, no cc debt and belong to one of the best country clubs around, make a good living (no MBA..but my wife stays home -that’s how you start to be judged/jones’). Not trying to brag, just saying if you want it go get it…Work hard play hard…its old advice but sage advice.
