Been up since 4am to drive from Cleveland to Columbus for a “very important meeting”. So much coffee is already flowing through my veins. Let’s do this.
You got this! I’m trying to lose 15-20 before a September vacation. Spinning and running have been super effective, but food is where it’s at. I try to stick with the 80/20 diet rule so I don’t deprive myself. It’s hard but it seems as though we’re all in it together.
Crushed it Monday-Wednesday to be able to take it easy the rest of the week. Half day tomorrow and going out of town this weekend to see my friends newborn
Christmas present to myself was a keurig for my cube. It’s already almost paid for itself since I stopped going to Panera almost everyday since I’ve gotten it and better than the break room garbage coffee
I hope her husbands working still or they don’t plan to have kids. If she plans to live another 50 years, that’s only about $45k per year to live off of. In NYC I don’t think that’ll get you too far
