The Saturday morning farmers market to Costco trip with my fiancee is a staple of our weekend plans. If she goes without me she spends like $200 for one week, and if I go without her I forget half the things we need so one of us has to go back anyways. Gonna have to disagree with your take here
Bringing out all my good redneck gear and hitting up CMA Fest tonight and tomorrow. Gonna be hotter than hell in Nashville so staying hydrated with lots of light beer. Hating myself on Sunday
I’ve struggled with this moving to Nashville. Growing up in ATL, I was never into the Thrashers (RIP), and obviously the Predators are pretty good. But I just can’t bring myself to get into them like my peers have – I don’t (yet) have stories to tell about why the Predators mean so much to me other than seeing my new city abuzz, the same way that I do for skipping school to go to Braves game when I was little with my dad, or going to UGA for 4 years and crying like a baby during the Rose Bowl this year when we finally had a chance at something. It just feels wrong to cheer for the Preds, but I don’t disagree with your take here. It sounds like you have stories to tell about your time in DC and growing into fandom of the Caps with your GF, and that should be enough. The key though, whether you have those stories to tell or not, is to not be a douche about it to other people once your team finally wins, no matter how long you’ve rooted for them.
Nashville guy. For food: martins bbq downtown isn’t fancy but awesome spot and great beer garden, kayne prime for steaks, and butchertown hall, lockeland table, Husk, and 5th and Taylor are all solid for nicer meals. For bars: I would recommend one full night on broadway and elsewhere for a second night- Patterson house for nice cocktails, Kung foo saloon for outdoor drinking and arcade games, but the best bar for out of towners is a karaoke bar called Santa’s. It’s far as fuck from everything else, so a great place to end the night, but I’ve seen Kid Rock and Leon Bridges do karaoke there and it’s a badass time
Hit post too early… each couple defines that differently, but now that we are on the other side and seeing each other every night, I’m glad we had some time during the week to ourselves when we did. It’s made the next steps even better
Weekday sleepover girl- my fiancée and I very rarely slept over during the week before we lived together- maybe one night/week if that. I work pretty long hours and it sounds like he does too, so by the time I get home, maybe workout, eat, and shower, it was time to sleep. Other than the sex thing, I don’t see a ton of value in just coming over to spend the night in the same bed when we both have to be at work early in the morning.
Spending time apart helped us tremendously and allowed us to be selfish with our time during the week for things we wanted or needed to do, have friendships outside of each other, etc.
That show sucks. PTI is much better
Where I’m from we have a different meaning of red tide
Sup to the stock photo
Seriously, my biggest pet peeve. Cooking burgers on the grill isn’t a damn bbq, it’s “cooking out” or “grilling”

So we are getting “Chronicles of Todd?” Got it
Tell them I say sup

Currently in a blazer sup
Dude you’re only 7 years old? How’d you find PGP?
In all seriousness, from one uncut fella to another, yea it’s no big deal. If a girl makes it out to be a big deal she isn’t worth your time anyways
“You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take” “Wayne Gretzky” “Michael Scott”

Madison,
Time to cut bait.

You must have dated Girl before Todd. Way to get out of that
Easily the creepiest lead in photo in PGP history, and for that reason, I’m out
Not you again
Please don’t abbreviate shower to show again
