Why is this even a big debate? I like both bands. Still listen to *NSYNC. The boys of both groups are on good terms. *NSYNC split, are still good friends, and went and did their own things. JC did his solo thing. He is now a song writer and producer, writing for Backstreet Boys also. Chris is doing his own things, mostly charity work. Joey is doing some reality work and acting. Lance is happy with his husband, and his acting and writing career. Justin is doing good with his singing and acting career. So what they didn’t stay together. They still are around and doing things. They are supportive of BSB and BSB of them.
