Busy three day weekend for me. Friend in town tonight so going out in Santa Monica, the seasons first Halloween party tomorrow down in OC (with a particularly nice young lady), football with the boys all day Sunday, and ya boi’s got Monday off. Golf, brews, and stoagies.
Bailing early from work to watch the USC game at a sports bar with friends, hopefully skydiving tomorrow, and ravens game bright and early Sunday morning. Go flock.
Gym guy – the best place to be small is in the gym, because the gym is simply a place to better yourself. Everyone starts somewhere! Focus on consistency and the results will come quicker than you think. My advise – to get bigger quick do 5 sets of 5 of everything. If you finish all reps of all sets, go slightly up in weight and work that new weight till you complete all sets, and etc. Rotate days of Chest & tri’s, back & bi’s, and legs & abs. Get in some protein (I like whey with BCAA’s for recovery) after your workout and try to generally eat more healthy, protein filled foods. You’re already headed the right direction and will reach your goals in no time!
