“You Only Hate …. Because You Hate Yourself” – A lot of people say stuff like that in many situations, because it is self-assuring about yourself or your opinion. In a sense like “your opinion is negative because you are a negative person” or because “you hate yourself”. Not True. I will be the first to say that Taylor is a super beautiful girl. But I really hate Taylor Swift’s music and she is the only musical artist that I’ve ever felt like this about. I can’t stand her taking Grammy’s from other more talented people. We ALL have different tastes and often I would hear an artist and not like his/her art but I would be “I get it why some people like it”, it’s good, but it’s simply not my cup of tea. Taylor Swift’s music is BAD. I literally have to turn of the radio when she is on. I didn’t like her at first, because I thought that she is a bad songwriter, bad singer and horrible dancer but I didn’t care because I thought she’d go away in several years. She is THE ONLY artist that I have EVER been wrong about. She is still in the scene! Taylor Swift’s music and vocals are actually BAD. Really bad. She is a bad dancer too but that’s not important. So what she did “everything by herself”. I would rather listen to people who don’t write their own stuff if the music is good. But yeah, of course, I respect her for making it so big and staying on top despite her lack of talent. She did great for herself.
