I think the takeaway here is that women don’t feel comfortable enough around men to express their true feelings. Quinn shouldn’t need to invent a story to get a guy to leave her house because of the spectre of reprisal. Women should be comfortable enough to tell a random 35 year old loser to “get the fuck out of my house” if that’s what they want. When Sheryl Sandberg talked about leaning in, this is exactly the kind of situations she was referencing.
