2. Happy Hours – they’re frequent, go to them, cheap beer and most likely free food
3. Try not to get law school goggles – applies to both sexes, being forced to spend so much time with these people starts to take a toll real quick
4. Make sure to hang on to non-law school friends – Devoting so much time to school devolves conversations with fellow law students into bitching about classes/readings/professors, conversations which no non-law student wants to hear or understands. Best way to relax is go out with people that you can’t talk law school with.
5. Party it up (you’re still in school), do your shit, and pay attention and you’ll make it through the dreaded 1L year just fine
