What on earth are you possibly talking about? I said nothing about hitting on women. I was just stating gross generalizations based upon a sample size from my office and my female friends. The majority of them do not work out an maintain a healthy metabolism. The majority of them eat terribly (lean cusines and such) and don’t get sufficient iron in their diet causing them to feel cold. And who the fuck goes to the library after college?

The amount of women with space heaters at my office is absolutely insane. To blame this “situation” on men is just such an easy cop out. Women are generally lazier than men when it comes to maintaining a healthy metabolism. Do a sample size in your office and look at the percentage of out of shape women vs men. The difference in my office is staggering. Also, the majority of women that I know have some form of anemia. They don’t get enough iron in their diet because they are ingrained to believe that fat is bad for you, and thus, don’t eat enough high iron foods. If someone could just create a way for women to have their own ecosystem at all times, they would be billionaires and the world would be a less bitchier place.

I was recommended yoga by my shoulder surgeon to regain flexibility and strength. I have incorporated it into my weekly workout plan for the last 4 years. It is arguably one of the best things I could have done for myself. It will make you so much stronger because it challenges the muscles you don’t think to use in standard power lifting. I haven’t bought into the whole spirituality side of it but my flexibility, strength, and overall athleticism has increased tenfold. Generally, women will always be better at yoga because of their natural hip flexibility. My gym offers a free power yoga class which consists of myself, two other broken down middle aged men who were dragged there by there terrible wives, and a bunch of post menopause women looking to fight cellulite but their bone density prevents them from any lifting of heavy metals.
