As a decade plus US Navy guy, nobody drives themselves home from our parties. Having someone over who doesn’t drink is actually scandalous- it says something about our organization where the only good excuses for not browning out at a command function are either being Mormon or being on the twelve step program.
Lost about 40 lbs over the past 5 years. High protein, lots of veggies, and low carbs. Couple of eggs for breakfast, salad with a chicken breast for lunch, and don’t go overboard for dinner. Also- vodka sodas are your friend. Lay off the IPAs. Whiskey on the rocks also works.
