SOO.. the verdict is in! I Did it the oven method for about half an hour with salt and pepper, tossed it in a homemade tomato sauce, topped with fresh basil, and served with a side of sauteed garlic spinach. Holy Guacamole was it awesome! Thanks for the inspiration guys š
