It’s not only the gore and stuff, but you have to be careful about your discussion of body parts. You quickly discover that words like “p*nis”, “v*gina”, etc are NOT considered words to use casually in most conversations.
And when a family member’s child asks you what those words mean, DO NOT go into an enthusiastic and proper anatomical description – just refer them to their parents.
