When you are in Multi Level Marketing or Network Marketing, you are now a “Franchise Business Owner, who also happens to make money off of all the “franchises” who start beneath you”. So you are not only making money on your OWN sales, you are making money on your team sales. I can not think of one Subway franchise who can say that they make money off of the Subways sales down the street, or across the world . This is the beauty of Network Marketing. Real money can come from it. But you must be Dedicated, you must work your business life a business, and you must practice personal development.
When you are in Network Marketing, you are in Direct Sales. So this means that you are a business owner, and you need to work it in this manner to make “real money”. ” Success does not work, unless YOU do”. 🙂
I am with a Makeup and Skin care company which is natural ingredient based. We get paid 3 hours after all our sales to our company debit card. We earn points towards free makeup and products for ourselves after all customer purchases. We do not need to do in home parties. We can do just “online facebook event parties” and “links”. We are given free ongoing training from the company, and also from my team. I also provide my own personal team free ongoing training from a business and life course that I take, and i relay all the info to my team to help them continue with their success.
