I’m from Texas and agree with my Cajun brother. Beans don’t belong. Meat, tomatoes, onions, spices.
I know this is a regional thing but keep those beans out my chili.
I don’t use preworkout so I don’t really know. I know it gets you amped. I don’t think it isn’t very good for you. Coffee works just fine for me.
