Received a sage piece of advice growing up from a man recently divorced from a horse woman. It went something like this: “Never marry a woman into horses because she will love the horses more than you. First she will spend all of her money on her horses. Then she will spend all your money on her horses. And then when all the money is gone she will leave you….and maybe stick you with a horse.”
I love everything about this. Tying one on with your parents, the Makers neat, your “never say die” attitude. It’s glorious. I have no doubt in my mind you’re well on your way to date #3.
I want you to know I started a slow clap in my office for you.
Johnny, you rascal. What have you gotten yourself into now?
Any luck?

Torri leaving wasn’t easy either.
Agreed.
How do you know these things?
Ok, now I see it.
I’m siding with Dillon because I think it is insufferable to share pictures of your dinner on social media. Come at me haters.

Underrated movie.
Classy. Well done.
What is the last book you read?
Listened to Under Pressure probably a dozen times today.
I’ll take it into consideration.
Why?
Nothing makes up for lack of elk steaks. Grilling my last package tonight. You and I should talk.
I’m still not certain what being “basic” means but I do know I don’t want to be that.
