In this week’s (mostly) non-Bachelorette episode of Touching Base, we were graced with the presence of John Duda (or Johnny D, as he’s made himself known on the site) who was recently hired as a full-time writer over here at Post Grad Problems. He made a splash early with his unique style which Dillon has taken zero shame in roasting on a constant basis. Before we talked about the previous night’s episode of The Bachelorette, we talked to John about his signature socks/sandals look, which sports he could beat Dillon in, and the infamous Chase.
Please note: if you don’t see the episode upon clicking the iTunes link, subscribe to Touching Base and the newest episodes will appear directly in your feed.

Need to stop skipping leg day JD.
Those are legs? I thought they were chopsticks.
Giving Bolen a serious run for his money.
His legs look like two cheap, rubbery gas station hot dogs
I still want to know if Johnny D is Steve Holt.
I’m thinking Johnny’s a better writer than Steve Holt
Most of my internet browsing is done during work hours, so I don’t intake much audio–just articles, sports, etc. But I’ve seen such a influx of podcasts coming from sites I follow (PGP, old Grantland, Barstool, etc.)
I tried to listen to one of the recent ones the other day, but I don’t follow the Bachelor so it didn’t really hit home.
I’m genuinely just wondering what the sales pitch would be for listening to these? I like PGP–but it seems like a bit more of a commitment. Or would you recommend a specific podcast or two of these to initially check out?
The trick is to listen while you’re doing other things. I put podcasts on when I’m washing dishes, folding laundry, running or on the commute.
Looking through the list on iTunes, maybe episodes 7, 8 or 11 if you’re a basic dude and like golf, fajitas and bachelor parties?
All of them. Don’t be afraid of love, man.
Yeah, we have three Bachelorette episodes in the history of the podcast. Just listen to any others if you’re not interested in them and you’ll be fine.
Oh Mr Sensitive
This pod is at it’s best when they’re roasting the guests.
JD’s outfit is giving me flashbacks of the summer I coached middle school boys at tennis camp.
Those Birkenstocks are the true Kablamskis @Ross Bolen
