Yesterday we brought you the photos of Tom Hanks crashing this couple’s photoshoot, and now a video has surfaced courtest of ABC News.

Forrest Gump. Captain Phillips. Big. Woody. Tom Hanks has no shortage of characters that you can rattle off. But an underrated part of his career? His every-actor-goes-through-this-stage stint in romantic comedies where he was his equally likeable self. As Sam Baldwin in Sleepless In Seattle and Joe Fox in You’ve Got Mail, he showed a softer side.
A softer side that, again, came out recently. Remember when Kathleen Kelly asked in You’ve Got Mail, “Don’t you just love New York in the fall?” Well, you can add two people to that list because Tom Hanks randomly came across a couple who had just gotten married taking their wedding photos. The couple documented the impromptu photo session with Hanks and posted it to Reddit where it went crazy.
He even posted it to his own Twitter account.
Well, Elizabeth and Ryan, if having Tom Hanks randomly pop up on your wedding day isn’t a good omen, I’m not sure what is. .
