It happens to the best of us. Some more than others. This is tour professional Scott Piercy getting absolutely slaughtered by greenside bunkers in the opening round of the Northern Trust Open today. Piercy drove a greenside bunker on hole 10, the short par 4, and things escalated quickly from there.
I’ll admit, this is hard to watch. I debated whether to even post it at all, but I feel that it can serve as a reminder to all amateurs out there that horrendous meltdown holes can happen to any of us. Watch at your own risk.
