GNR in the background. Kirkland Signature brand tequila and marg mix. Sleeveless t-shirt. Jean shorts. Stoking a fire pit with a shovel. This is about as redneck as it gets.
Pre-chill liquid ingredients. Less ice-melt during agitation. Consider modifying cooler lid to accept coldfinger with dry ice cooling.
You guys get an A+ for creativity and entertainment! Red Neck or not… it is a working machine! You guys had to plan, design, pick parts, assemble them, and create a large quantity of margaritas. Mission accomplished I would say! Of course anyone can buy a fancy margarita machine for their house and make a perfect margarita each time. I recently shopped for one http://www.bestmargaritamachines.com/about/ and we own one now.
But it does not have the fun factor you all seem to have. Hope they tasted great! If you can remember … for those less creative people they can shop like I did.
Sorry..seemed like my original post did not work…did not mean to post twice.
I think this is very creative. A good suggestion by Acme -chilling all the ingredients beforehand. A couple of guys had to plan this, go shop for parts, assemble it , and make the machine functional. Ok, laugh, but you go out and create something from nothing! Yes, they do sell fancy margarita machines and fee free to buy one. http://www.bestmargaritamachines.com/about/
Perfect margaritas each time, but it is not nearly as entertaining as these guys. A+ for creativity and entertainment factor.
That’s not redneck. That’s ignorant!
