There are very few reasons to watch Boise State University home games. Even if they ever go undefeated, they’ll probably never be in the playoff. Looking at their blue field for more than a few plays gives me a headache. And their only claim to fame is that one Statue of Liberty play in the 2007 Fiesta Bowl.
But if they’re going to include dogs in their game plan? Well, sometimes plans change.
They have a 7-year-old black lab named Kohl who retrieves the tee after every kick-off, and I’ve never wanted to play fetch with a dog more than I want to play fetch with this dog.
Kohl, if you’re reading this, you have an open invitation to play fetch with me anytime you want. I’d just preferably do it at a park rather than on that stupid blue field. .
My dog shits behind furniture so we can’t find it
As an Boise State alum, these dogs never get old. I know they’ve done it since 2010, but apparently they used to do it in the 90s too. A local gardening store, Zamzows, sponsors it.
Also, The Blue is beautiful, dick.
“As an Boise State alum.” College checks out.
Black labs are the best dogs full stop.
That’s nothing – check out Zeke at Michigan State
