VP of Corporate Communications, David Tovar is one bad dude. The New York Times published an attempted hit-piece on the shopping conglomerate that was full of inaccuracies. Tovar decided he was sick of his company’s name being dragged through the mud.
This is his awesome response that was posted on Walmart’s corporate blog:
“Hope this helps.” Power. Move.

This makes me happy. Suck it, Timothy Egan.
This is awesome. The NYT sucks.
If it’s on the internet, it has to be true.
I mean “Forbes” is pretty credible right… http://onforb.es/1evSirJ
Fuck Walmart
The author’s article is based on a study by “Americans for Tax Fairness”. A quick check of ATF’s website confirms my suspicions. ATF’s board consists of your typical communist/union instigators with funding and endorsements from every progressive organization you can think of.
Just because Forbes publishes something, doesn’t make it credible. A little digging would have proven that, but please, continue your misplaced hatred for Walmart.
Misplaced? I wasn’t aware underpaying hundreds of thousands of people was a bad reason to dislike a company. How about moving into towns and screwing all of the various businesses to shit because they can’t compete against cheap labor and piss poor products. I don’t care what the Walmart CEO says about his company, his employees are practically forced to go on welfare to survive even if they give them 40 hours a week.
Spend the extra money else ware peasants and stop destroying your country. Land of the free? More like the land of minimum wage slavery.
A lot of people don’t have extra money to spend, dumbass. You’re probably the same guy who wears Nikes, Eats at McDonalds and drives a foreign car too.
Too bad most of his “fact checks” are a 10 on the bullshit richter scale.

This man has unhealthy obsession with Starbucks.
