It’s August and we should all be outside soaking up the last month of summer. But if you’re an indoor-enthusiast such as myself, you’re instead sitting inside soaking up the air conditioning. And luckily for us, the fine folks at Netflix are catering to us with lots of new ‘tent for the waning days of summer. There are a ton of new originals, including a comedy special from one of my favs, Bert Kreischer (google him and “The Machine” if you need a laugh) and Ozark: Season 2. As for what’s leaving…all I have to say is if you haven’t watched St. Vincent, go watch it. Right now. What the hell are you waiting for?

Ozark is a great show – only one season to gauge thus far but it seems promising.
This is mostly a trash lineup but season 1 of Ozark was fantastic
Guys the overarching/underlying message is to get into the illegal drug trade because trade is the only reason why an economy exists and everyone loves drugs, even when they hate drugs. Also, you’d be ripping a page out of the military industrial complex’s business operations boom which is why most drugs are still illegal. It’s not for public safety like they say. Instead, they don’t want you dilute their profits by having you figure out how profitable this shot actually is lol. Welcome to society
How does it compare to breaking bad? Seems like it would be similar plot line. Good guy gets wrapped in some mess and it becomes who he is?
Little too early to tell honestly. I think the main difference so far between BrBa and Ozark is that Walt was looking for a means to an end, while Marty is sort of being forced into this scheme by the cartel in order to save his life and the lives of his wife (fuck her)/kids
