Kansas City has quickly developed a reputation as one of the most soccer-crazed cities in the US. It was on display yesterday at the Power & Light District in downtown KC after John Brooks’s game winning header in the 86th minute of yesterday’s World Cup opener vs. Ghana.

KC also gained notoriety during the 2010 World Cup for its massive WC celebrations.
