I went through a big UberPOOL stage. Everyone knows that about me. I figured it was a win-win situation: I either pay less because some other drunk people get picked up and entertain me on my way home, or I pay less because I selected UberPOOL and no one else got picked up so I was making out like a bandit.

But it never worked that way.

Like, ever.

It always ended with one thing and one thing only: awkwardness. It was never fun to see other people drunk, I never exchanged numbers with any other couples, and I most definitely never made it home any faster than I normally would have. It always ended with me sitting uncomfortably while a drunk conversation occurred either next to or behind me. Most of the time? A girl was passed out with her boyfriend taking care of her. Some of the time? Two girls riding together mumbling on about things I’ve never heard of (and it was never one single girl because they’re scared of predators).

And this video perfectly encompasses all the uncomfortable feelings you deal with. While no, your fellow passengers are never this scorching hot, you can assure yourself that your Ubers will be this uncomfortable.

Sucks that overweight guy had a girlfriend/wife. Was really hoping the video was going to end with him having a threesome during their squad pregame while the driver waited outside to continue the ride. Can’t win ’em all. .
