I’ve traveled at 22- using Thrifty car rental you can rent under 25 and dollar rental you can rent under 25 but have to pay a small fee 🙂

So you’re under 21? You can rent a car anywhere as long as you’re 21 there is just a young driver fee if you’re under 25
Some companies even allow rental if you’re 18, with an extra charge pro-rated down the closer you are to 25.
