But “not soon.” The crazy popular game’s creator and success-o-phobe, Dong Nguyen tweeted earlier Wednesday that the game will be put back in the app store.
@painfullpacman Yes. But not soon.

What a tease.
If you are the world’s worst procrastinator and never downloaded it despite the several day warning you had, congratulations. You get to join the rest of us in our sick little world where the only thing that matters is a dumb looking bird and Mario tubes.
No word on when Nguyen is going to re-release the game that was (and still might be) reportedly making him $50,000 a day. Straight up “fuck you” money.
“Flappy Bird was designed to play in a few minutes when you are relaxed,” Nguyen told Forbes in February. “But it happened to become an addictive product. I think it has become a problem. To solve that problem, it’s best to take down Flappy Bird. It’s gone forever.”
Make up your mind, dude. The world is watching.
Take something with high demand of the market, wait a few months and bring it back and demand flys through the roof. It’s a ploy, he wasn’t satisfied just making fuck you money.
If this guy’s morality is getting in the way he should post the game again and give like 75% of his profits to addiction therapy/any charity.
So people who paid good money to get an iPhone with Flappy Bird are probably regretting their decision, right?
It’s okay, King Digital will knock it off like they did CandySwipe http://www.middleeasy.com/gaming/item/12855-candy-crush-completely-stole-this-guy-s-idea-and-here-s-his-open-letter-to-them
