Probably because you won’t pander to their preconceived notions that millennials aren’t willing to trudge uphill both ways in the snow to get the job done like they do.

You should proclaim discrimination unless you can get a guest speaker on “how to deal with complacent baby boomers/middle management.”
I work in HR…. Depending on who you say this to, you could probably get away with getting the baby boomer speaker! You have a good EEOC argument.
