Have you ever been on the way to work and thought to yourself, “Man, I could really go for a 460 calorie mushy breakfast waffle taco”? Well, lucky for you, Taco Bell is set to debut their breakfast menu on March 27.
The word on the street is that the Waffle Taco is the only menu that will be rolled out on the Bell’s initial breakfast offering, but supposedly more is to come.
The Waffle Taco (can’t say it enough) was being sold for .89 cents at select stores across the country. That’s a little less than five cents per calorie and a third of a cent per gram of fat. That’s some serious bang for your breakfast buck. No word on how much this folded envelope of sweet, salty heart disease will run you when it debuts in late March.

Breakfast burritos are delicious when done correctly, but everyone knows these are going to be fowl creations coming in March.
They will probably look like the dirty diapers we are accustomed to from Taco Bell just with the added bonus of cheap maple syrup… mMMMMmm
foul*
thanks
I absolutely HATE your name
So, do you eat it with the hot sause or the fire sauce?
Finally! A Brian McGannon news update that directly impacts the number of shit breaks I can easily excuse away on any given day because that waffle taco looks like a winner.
It looks like something you’d really enjoy eating and then immediately regret it once your colon started to feel like someone was running a plumbing snake through it.
It would also provide a solid 2-5 minutes of immature laughter during the ordering process.
Briefly forgot that I don’t live in a fantasy world where I don’t have to bill my time; I hate you.
Bring your work into the bathroom cmon man
The waffle taco is turrible
I will never understand how the taco bell menu is not false advertising…
Hate to be the math police… but that’s a little more than 5 calories per cent (a little less than a fifth a cent per calorie). I’m going to track one of these down right now. Actually the wrap thing in the last picture looks incredible. I need it.
So does the Waffle Taco outdo the KFC Double down? I don’t know.
So now instead of just being able to purchase 3:00 am regret you can now also have 8:00 am regret too?
The real question is do they make the taco then put it under the quesadilla press to make the waffle crispy? Or would it be better with a more absorbent waffle to soak up the syrup?
I may be a little rusty on my texas b-fast tacos, but that top taco kinda looks like one from tamale house in Austin. I don’t know… I just know i think about that place… a lot.
yup bacon& egg w/ cheese is a pretty common tex-mex breakfast taco combo.
