I think I speak for most dudes when I say that we can’t go to the gym or meander the aisles of Trader Joe’s without falling in love multiple times in the span of just a few minutes. Every girl that even remotely makes eye contact with me has me envisioning a honeymoon in the Amalfi Coast, summering in Maine, and sending our kids to top notch Jewish pre-schools.
So it really comes as no shock to me whatsoever that Nick Viall, our upcoming Bachelor, just revealed to that he fell for “multiple women” during this upcoming season of The Bachelor. Ummm, duh? There are going to be 30 women stepping out of that limo Monday night and I’m already in love with like seven of them – especially Lacey – just after looking at their head shots, so I can’t even imagine being Nick having all of these girls fawn over me like I’m the damn Prince of England. Nevertheless, Nick is not being coy about the emotional rollercoaster he’s going to be taking us on over the next few months.
Per People.com:
As the star of this season of The Bachelor, Nick Viall had 30 women to choose from on his journey to find love — and according to him, he found it with more than one contestant.
Speaking exclusively to PEOPLE ahead of Monday’s season premiere of the hit dating competition series, Viall, 36, opens up about his experiences with the women — and the romantic feelings he developed for several of them.
And along the way, Viall admits he definitely fell for more than one person and found himself developing “strong feelings for multiple women.”
“It’s truly amazing,” he says. “I felt a lot of different feelings.”
“Early on with so many women, you obviously don’t know a lot of things about them but talking to all of them and wanting to make it meaningful to all of them is very physically taxing,” he continues. “And then as time goes on, it becomes more emotionally taxing and less physically taxing. And you get to know these women, there’s a level of respect. You’re asking them to do things they’ve never been able to do and to face stressful situations and their fears.”
Yeah I bet it was physically taxing, Nick, you old sailor you. I bet if I had to guess, it got especially physically taxing with, oh I don’t know just picking a number here, maybe three of them? And I bet you had feelings with those same three that, if I had to guess, probably made it to the Fantasy Suite? Call it a hunch.
Having feelings for multiple people on the show is not a unique phenomenon. Even last year, our main man Ben H fell for both Lauren B and JoJo. All that goes to show you is men really don’t know how to discern feelings, like, at all. But will Nick being all hot and heavy for multiple women make for A1 television? We’ll find out, but the smart money is on yes. Weather forecast is going to be calling for tears. Better bring an umbrella..

Don’t watch the bachelor. But I heard this guy got second place on the bachelorette before. He then called out the bachelorette, on national television, for having sex with him, but still not picking him. Lol
I don’t trust him.
America started to think he was maybe a decent guy on BIP, and the minute they told him he could have his own season, he leaves Jen in the dust (one of the most normal girls in Paradise, if that’s possibly a thing). Definitely not to be trusted. But absolutely entertaining.
Him telling the world that she doesn’t want him after screwing says a lot more about him and how he’s unable to satisfy a woman than it does her character. My take at least.
Narrowing down the fantasy field as we speak. May or not have a spreadsheet going so I look busy on an end of year report as people walk by my office.
Side note: Nick’s diabolical personality is making these picks extremely difficult.
