He seemed too rugged to be Arthur Dayne, and unless they’re writing Dawn out of the story that sword didn’t seem to have anything unique about it. Still, that scene is totally ToJ
The dude in the Targaryen breastplate stabbing a guy? That’s likely a flashback scene; the Targ breastplate guy is wearing a Kingsguard helm and is ostensibly a kingsguard of Aerys (and the scene may well be the last Kingsguard protecting the Tower of Joy where Lyanna is said to have died).
The Young Griff is most likely a Blackfyre of some sort and thus a dead end, and will probably not appear in the show.

I have a love/ hate relationship with this show because I love it in the sense that it’s an escape from the soul crushing reality that it’s Sunday night yet it also makes me hate it because I really wish dragons were real.
