It’s really happening. We’re getting the first new Curb season in 5 years.
Fans of Seinfeld or Curb Your Enthusiasm need not read this. The humor of the two greatest television shows ever made is lost on some people. That’s okay, I get it. High brow comedy television isn’t for everyone. For me, this is sort of like the time my mom and dad told me we were going to Disney World.
After seeing LD personally comment on the show coming back, all I could muster from my desk here in the Lonestar state was “Prettay, prettay, prettttay, good”.
Asked why he decided to come back, David said, “In the immortal words of Julius Caesar, ‘I left, I did nothing, I returned.’”
HBO has confirmed today that Curb Your Enthusiasm, the wildly popular sitcom starring the nebbish Larry David, will return for a ninth season. A release date has not been announced as of yet, but I can tell you that I’ll be keeping everyone updated as details reveal themselves.
LD most recently starred in Clear History, which was essentially an hour and twenty minute long episode of Curb. I enjoyed it, but that’s because I’m a massive fan of anything that LD touches. Here’s hoping the ninth season will have more of the usual cast: Jeff, Ted Danson, and of course Leon..

This is clearly a move by a man who respects wood.
Pretttttttty, prettttttttty, pretttttty good
Two years, you’re still getting sorries? I don’t think so, that’s a long time for sorries. That’s like saying Happy New Year in October.
