I’m *still* recovering from homecoming last weekend, so taking it easy and binging Making a Murderer S2 tonight with the boyfriend and some pizza, then helping my best friend move into her new house tomorrow. Sunday, is of course, for Redzone.
Currently on day 2 of my recovery from drinking all day on Saturday. At this point I’m unsure if its still just a hangover or if I have the flu. Send help.
Some pre-weekend scaries just hit me. Took my car in for an oil change and replace the battery, only to find out I also need a new alternator. Was supposed to drive to Chicago tonight and I’m about to be out $400 more than what I was expecting for this stupid vehicle.
oof. I too made a visit to the ER this weekend because I was at a party with a campfire and after leaving I was coughing and having trouble breathing. I had just gotten over bronchitis so I started freaking out and convinced myself I was dying. Once I got to ER my resting heart rate was 140bpm. Probably going to have a panic attack after I see how much I’ve been billed for going to the hospital from just having a panic attack.
Date night with the bf tonight, a friend’s Oktoberfest themed birthday tomorrow night, and Sunday brunch with the fam followed by football watching recovery time
I recently downloaded the mobile version of the sims. Not as fun as the full PC version but definitely still great for couch play while watching football in the background
Nurse Jackie spilling the tea. But for real when I met my current boyfriend he was living in my hometown and I was living 300 miles away. I was also coming off of a 4 year streak of being very, very single, so of course I felt the same reservations that you’re going through now. We did long distance for a year and I decided to move back home to be with him. I did this because he was just different – he was more kind and loving and treated me with more respect than any guy I’d ever been with. Ultimately we realized that we made a good team, and our goals regarding marriage/kids etc were aligned, which helped. You’re gonna have to have those deep, tough, emotional talks with her in order to decide if it’ll be worth it to take the plunge. At least in my experience, it worked out and I’m still able to focus on becoming the best version of my own self while also devoting time to this relationship
gym guy – not sure what kind of budget you’re working with, but consider a few sessions with a personal trainer. They’ll help you make sure that what you’re doing is right for your goals, and give you more confidence when it comes to a routine. Plus its always helpful to have someone there with you while you work out
4 bridal showers – fuck that entirely
friend cheating drama – you should confront the dude who cheated and let him know he should come clean to the girls
last guy – drop them both and find a woman who checks all the boxes for you
I pictured the real Trump and Pete playing beer pong while playing this. Very entertaining imagery
hopefully she’s got a Plan B

Happy Birthday!
Not a chance. She’ll have everyone come and the venue people will hate her more than they probably already do
My friends who came over Saturday brought two big cases of IPAs. I was so ashamed.

I promise all girls who graduated from IU aren’t like this.

Honorary Mention to your boy Tommy B and his fantasy owners… thankfully I was playing against him in one of my leagues 🙂
Seriously.. I get maybe being hungover coming back home from a trip, but getting wasted before taking off for the trip? Get it together
Big football weekend ahead – high school homecoming game tonight, IU/MSU game tomorrow (Go Hoosiers) and RedZone all day Sunday

at least you aren’t the receptionist who has to answer all of the calls 🙁
wow, very tame batch this week. Not sure if I’m proud or disappointed
