Absolutely chewed up by this. Decisions driven by business necessity and money suck, and I’m sure this was not a popular decision for anyone in the company, but one that needed to be taken due to the aforementioned. Wish I had purchased a bit more merch and used a few more promo codes. These dudes have been making me laugh and turning what is usually a boring afternoon into an hour of enjoyment for a little over a year now, and though I’ve never met them I feel like I know them. Tough to see this crew go but they’re all great guys and talented guys and I’m sure they’ll stir up trouble in whatever they do next. I’ll have exactly one beer tonight and poor one out for them and the whole Toucher community. Thanks for a hell of a ride.
If you graph the global aggregate of money (x-axis) and happiness (y-axis) it would return a function showing that money has diminishing marginal returns.
