DO NOT DO IT. i went with my family (which i know is different than going with your GF) on a family cruise that landed in NOLA on december 31st, so obviously i has hype to spend the new year on bourbon street. I was with my mom 2 sisters and my brother in law. My brother in law and i were down to tear shit up, but of course my sisters and mom were a total fucking wet blanket. we went to bourbon street around 11 oclock, and stayed there for a half an hour before my mom and sisters were “tired” and wanted to go back to a back that was off the street and closer to the hotel. i begged by brother in law to stay with me on bourbon street and ditch my sister (which he was down for) and cause a fight between them. its shitty, family and gfs are just gonna hold you back. make it a boys only thing if youre looking to have that NOLA experience, or temper your expectations when bringing your GF (or your GF could be a riot, i could be off base here) just speaking from personal experience.

i have a perfect 5, but i guarantee i dont take uber as much as the average user here, it would seem. However, to my credit i do have some international ubers rides on there to spice it up, but still maintained my 5. Also, midwest is the best, politeness all around.

its only an issue if you make it an issue. Ive been on both ends of the specturm. I made far more than my girlfriend before and ive had a girlfriend thats made much much more money than i could ever hope to. Its all about a balance and paying for stuff because the other person did before. Going back and forth and just dating… not really thinking too much about it.
Granted as a guy i insisted on paying for everything when we first stared dating, but when were in the groove of things it evened out. Just acting on the same level despite being on opposite ends of the financial spectrum
