Real talk. Anytime I see somebody post a picture of them with some ‘dessert’ drink, all I can think is there’s too much chocolate and ice cream in that to get me drunk.
The problem with feminism is that creates a culture of overly sensitive women, who take everything that happens to them as a challenge to their identity as a STRONG INDEPENDENT woman.
Can you imagine if the roles had been switched? Imagine if it was a man refusing to ask for her parents permission in marrying, because “I’m a man and I shouldn’t have to ask someone to get married” I think most people would say “Hey man, just suck it up, its a tradition, not a threat to your manhood.” Feminism gives women very little to actually be confident about, because who could be confident about being the kind of person who is constantly perceiving every social interaction as a threat to how strong and how independent they are.
By the way, ladies, if you want to be taken seriously, stop calling yourself strong and independent for doing things like having a job or living on your own. Would you call a man strong or independent for doing these things? Probably not. Its called being a fucking adult and not needing a pat on the back every time you complete a task.
Hi, guy that made the top comment here. It’s not sexist, it’s a joke, and like a lot of jokes, it’s funny cause there’s a little bit of truth to it.
My comment was meant to mock the whole ‘open letter’ style of columns that are literally the cancer of social media. I don’t care that Quinn supports women. Do you. I was making fun of the sort of lame introspective columns where women attempt to explain and validate why they feel the way they do. If I’m not allowed to make a joke because of what is between her legs then that is sexist towards me.
I have been uncomfortable, attacked, or have been made to feel less quite a bit through life, everyone is. Whether it’s for their looks, their personality, their ability to get a date, it’s part of life. Just because some people suck doesn’t mean the world is out to get you. Do we need a nerdy guy movement for all the guys in high school that get picked on? Do we need a movement for people who aren’t athletic? People will discriminate against you for dumb stuff. Don’t let an asshole stop you from being positive and awesome.
I think there are real issues facing women, but I think by and large the issues they face are more of isolated incidents, than a systematic problem. Protests like this only reenforce the idea in people’s mind that there isn’t a whole lot of substance behind certain movements, and serve more as a ivory tower in order to feel victimized/proud of yourself for standing with women.
Why do women have to talk about everything? Can’t you ever just be confident or be a protester or whatever you want to be without some huge dumbass article trying to validate your feelings? Like holy shit people.
Her name is financeHOE.

Nah that sounds like something hoes would do.

Sounds like you got a class full of closers. Matt sounds like he’s killing it
Wow watch out bud we’re not allowed to say this anymore
Feeling like you grew in Compton because you lived in one of these cities for a year. PGP

Be assured, I may think IWD is dumb, but I wasn’t mocking it. If it is your purgative to support women then do it.

The email was sent and never responded to, probably couldn’t handle getting beat down by facts and reason
She didn’t respond to mine bro probably couldn’t take getting BTFD by facts and reason
I just hit you with that email.
Damn right I would, how do you DM people on here?
I mean I’m not a woman. But I can’t even think of an example of when that would happen

Hey Dillon, renting an apartment doesn’t make you a “Real Estate Professional”.
