We recently made the switch for the sole reason of his shedding. Just nice to lay in a bed not occupied with a ton of his fur. Could we try and remedy this with more brushing? Well yeah but it doesn’t help labs all that much.
#2 – My family isn’t as Catholic as yours, but when my girlfriend and I did this, we just straight up told our parents this is what we were doing. Surely if you’re happy your dad will see this and get over it (especially since it sounds like your mom would be on board). Also, I’m of the mind it’s always good to live with your SO before marriage.
This. Recently went through this and I picked up the most expensive outing (dinner) and maybe another round or two throughout the night. She got us a few rounds throughout the night. It worked out well.
Tech pulled out the W last night so the weekend has started off great. Nothing planned today or tomorrow, but I do have tickets for the snowy Broncos/Rams game on Sunday. Should be fun.
Well, I have the Rockies game tonight followed by some fireworks (I think). Tomorrow morning will be spent watching Tech pull off another upset against WVU and then a backyard Q at some friends house. Sunday will be spent hating life as I prepare to spend the week in lovely North Dakota.
Are we talking all the way off or just like 10 degrees higher than usual? I don’t turn mine off when I leave the house, but it does idle at a temp about 10 degrees higher than I usually run it.
Sorry to hear that. Very similar situation with my friends. The weekend before we were 6. Reservation day came and it ended up just being the 2 of us. Good luck next year!
