Lucky enough to have a “fitness center” in my office. Most of the cardio machines are broken but there’s some free weights and a pull up bar. I’m too poor to go out to lunch, like ever… but getting out of the office for that hour is an absolute must. And not always having the money to keep food in the house, going to the gym combined with not eating at all, is a great beach body plan…
