I feel like Dio and Iommi mix well and Commerford and Neil Peart mix well… I don’t know how those two groups would be together though. Commerford plays with Morello and he uses a lot of effects, Iommi is so different from Morello. I would probably pick a different guitarist, one who shreds a bit more. Kirk Hammet or Marty Friedman.
