Tbh you can mix and match different exercises. If it gets too easy, bump up the weight, or add another exercise or set. You’ll want to pass out by the end, but it’s great for a quick workout
Chicken and broccoli, and a high fiber carb here and there. If you are okay with eating the same thing every day, you will lose the weight. And when you do give yourself a cheat day it’s glorious. Shake shack after a week of the same shit is like heroin.

I just never could get into the fitness class concept. If that’s the way you choose to workout, it seems like you’re better off just getting the equinox membership because it covers as many classes you want, full gym, locker room and spa etc. Like if you’re paying $20 for a yoga class 10 times a month, you’re better off just getting a membership with equinox that covers those and other classes. Plus you can brag that you go to equinox, if you’re that sort of person
Agreed, but eggs benny is actually not that hard to make. Poached eggs take a little dexterity but are fairly straightforward- bring water to a low boil, take a spoon and spin the water, then crack an drop the egg (from not too high) into the vortex. Cook no more than 45 seconds and us a big spoon to scoop it out. They can be kept it a bowl with a little warm water until ready to serve, and can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days. The vortex helps the egg get it’s shape.
Hollandaise can be made with a mixing powered and comes out quite nice, should have instructions on the back. Or:
4 yolks and 1 tbsp lemon juice whisking together heavily, put over low heat and stirring constantly to prevent the egg from scrambling. Drizzle in 1/2 cup of melted unsalted butter until thicc. add salt and cayenne as needed.
After that it’s all ham and muffin, which should be a cake walk.
My specialty is a few poached eggs over some hash browns, sometimes with some peppers and onions or some sausage. Really decadent and as good a hangover cure i know.
Looking at a hot, sunny, hopefully storm free DC weekend. Tentative plan is pool, beers, and grill. What summers are made of. 🙂
