Having a significant other at Christmas isn’t all it’s cracked up to be. I spent my Christmas trying to get everyone to like him and help everyone to get along and it was the most stressful holiday I’ve ever had.
It all comes down to luck, honestly. I tried bumble bff and none of the girls on there ever seemed interested in actually being my friend except for one. It seemed like they were just on there to have something to do while in the bathroom at work and couldn’t do tinder because they have boyfriends. Anyway, I did get lucky with one girl who actually seemed interested in meeting up and hanging out and now we really are BFFs! So you just have to hope you will run into someone in life who is similar enough to you that you automatically click and it doesn’t even feel like you need to put effort in.
In fact, it relates to my post from yesterday because he forwarded us the email saying we could leave early but added his own note discouraging us from doing it.
Just wanted to knock that guy down a couple of pegs because I bet if his girlfriend/wife knew he said that about her she would probably laugh and say “yeah, okay. keep thinking that”
#3 is a morning person AND loves his job and life? That’s a little too much happy for me because I need someone to complain about job/life with. And #4 seems to like fatties.
I don’t think #30 is too much to ask for. If you have already made plans with your girlfriend and then get a “better” offer from your pals, expect said girlfriend to be a little offended.
