It helped me gain interviews, and allowed me to bring up connections in those interviews that would have not been brought up. While it’s essentially a superficial bragging platform, it’s helpful for young pros on the grind whether you like it or not. Just don’t post. Every one hates people who post.

This is very true. Moved to Boston 3 years ago and never had the same bond with anyone that I had back in college. I could never find people who wanted to drink immaturely anymore, everyone wanted to be responsible. You bet every time I go home I immediately get blackout drunk with the old pledge brothers like I never left.
