You’re telling me. Attended Game 7 – home at 1:30am – on the road at 3:30am – Hotel in OKC at 7pm – back on the road at 6am. On the home stretch to ranch now. Exhausted but I’ll take this circumstance as opposed to my desk right now.
I’m not really sure. Headed to a Ranch outside Mertzon for a hunting trip with the old man and a couple guys from the gun club in Cleveland. Figured I would hit it at the end of the trip on the way out.
I was at the game last night. As a Cleveland fan, that really fucking hurt. But as a baseball fan, I can’t justifiably ask for much more. Hell of a series. Congrats Chicago.
Yeah all things considered pretty solid weekend to be an Indians fan. That being said, I did push all my chips to the center of the table yesterday and drank heavily in anticipation of winning. I do not feel well right now.
Most of my friends from college moved to Chicago post grad and now are obsessing over the Cubs. One even tweeted “It finally happened!” After the NLCS. He was a tigers fan in college.
I’m finding myself bumming about this today more than I thought I would. I started reading TFM in college and slowly moved over as I started to enjoy Humpday Hookup Horror stories and other Brian and Knox articles. Been following Will since his Scaries days too. Honestly part of the reason I come here is it makes me happy to see younger people succeed and do something they genuinely enjoy. I hope everything works out. There was a lull in the time after Brian and before they brought Will on full time, too. Just stinks right now.
Life long Clevelander weighing in here. You honestly have no reason to come here. The only people that like Cleveland are people that grew up in Cleveland and more than likely that was not by choice. Are there some fun bars? Yeah, some, but trust me it gets stale. I’m sure other cities do too but it can get pretty boring here. Cavs and Tribe have definitely injected life and as a fan of those teams it’s been fun but it’s not like it will last for ever. I always say Cleveland is a great place to grow up and a great place to raise a family. I encourage people to visit for a weekend because it can be fun, specifically in the summer. I just believe there are better places to be as a post grad.
I like to wear wool socks with my boots in the winter. It sort of feels like I’m still wearing moccasins at work. It’s the little things that make me not want to fucking kill myself while I’m there
Would love to get the first hand job since ‘nam in that place
Transferred after longer than I would care to admit unfortunately. Too much Pachinkos, not enough King.
I miss that magical place in SW Ohio. Riding through those fields gives me chills every time. It’s been too long Oxford – I’ll be home soon.

We drove. There was one in San Angelo when we stopped to renew licenses. That’s probably the one I’ll go to but I’ve passed a few already.

First time in Texas today. What’s my Whataburger order need to look like?

Genuinely surprised he went Tribe (I am assuming he is a Tigers fan). “Cubs fans” are awfully annoying though.
What are the bougiest bed sheets available within a semi reasonable price range? I feel like mine are soft but could be softer

Brian might have though
I’m on the Omprazole train which basically just Prilosec. I also have an Endo scheduled in 2 weeks though so I may have other things going on.
