Former dumb college jock from SoCal turned aerospace executive dwelling in the Wang of America (Florida).
Lover of air conditioning, booze, golf and other stuff.
It might not be a big day for the golf community… But as someone who works in the space industry, I can tell you this is a HUGE day for fun and cool promotions through social platforms. Plus, I have three co-corkers with light sabers in their office. They have been fighting all day with them. For one day, it’s funny.
Going to LA next week for work, but made work pay for my flight to get in a few days early to go fuck shit up in San Diego and play golf with college buddies. Thanks work!
There are some married friends I have who are able to show off their former talents and let loose when they come out with the gang… But then there are my married friends who are now so passive and devoid of fun it makes me sad and thoroughly happy with my decision to not be hitched and have kids yet.
After a season with all sorts of crazy early on… This was so anti-climactic. He done fucked this up. He’ll be slamming his Dancing With the “Stars” partner by the end of the season…
1) Do your research. Stay in hotels in the happening parts of town.
2) Do your research on the hotel. Make sure it has a nice bar that you can pre-game/end-game at.
3) Always dress the part. “Act as if” you’re on a business trip. No hoodies or leisure wear.
4) Go for a run around the city you’re visiting (unless it’s cold AF). Gives you a chance to see elements of it you might not have known were there. Get cultured and shit.
5) Max out the per diem on booze. $5 footlongs and concierge lounge snacks all day so you can slam $15 whiskeys at night.
I used to be huge on the Vanessa train… But man, in retrospect, she sucks. Way too intense with these serious conversations 24/7. But hey, someone has to “win” this season, right?
My club is actually part of the Club Corp network, so I have privileges at The Hills of Lakeway, Lost Creek and River Place. I’m open to other, better places too – But ideally less than $100 per round…But your thoughts would be mucho appreciated.
Just found out that I’m heading to SxSW for work… Very excited to get hammered here and then wander to a local Austin golf course that afternoon. Any course recommendations?
Honestly, today is a fun day to go out if you’re single. It’s one of those few days out of the year when you know who is single, who isn’t. Who you can approach and who you can’t.
Recommend Option 3 mixed in with a few solid memes and pictures from your trip in P-Town throughout the week to keep things warm. Then when you get back into town, smash.

But hey, different strokes for different folks.

Could be worse… They could call each other “bae” instead?
You never need to make an excuse for In N Out, my friend

Gotta respect the savagery of Thomas’ dad…
User name checks out…
If I had ass jockeys like that playing in my foursome at my club, I’d kick my own ass.

Plot twist… but excited to see where this goes.
These multi-part series are fire. Keep this shit coming.
Taxes with a side of bourbon

Happy hunting, fellow singles.
Sup?

So Doc… How easy is it for you to relocate? Asking for a friend in need of a sugar mama…
Good for him. Shooters shoot.
