Good Article. Ever since moving 1500 miles away, I called my parents everyday after work. Since moving I have gotten way closer to them, which is dope.
Good for you man! Boxing is one hell of a workout, I used to do it, been trying to get back into it. I did the same thing for diet, I ate strict Monday through Friday and let loose on the weekends. I decided to do that because of my high cholesterol, I ended up dropping 25 pounds.
