The modified exhaust thing is BS, and I don’t understand why all states just don’t do one plate on the back. Thankfully Illinois changed their tint law.
I don’t think they care so much about modifications so long as you’re not being stupid. The problem with some of the meets I’ve gone to is that you have “those” guys that have to do rev battles and donuts and do their best to get the cops called.
My sister was a soil tester in a previous life. She used to put in dating emails(she got in the game long before Tinder, etc), that she would walk up to burly construction workers, tell them they screwed up and had to start over.
