If you’re deciding on New Year’s Eve to lose weight as your resolution you already lost. That kind of goal should be decided beforehand because exercising in January is miserable. Josh is spot-on about that gym membership though. Instead of a contract, take that gym membership money and buy yourself a nice weight vest, a pull-up bar, and maybe a mat too.
